Objectives	The objectives of this project is to scan the awarded tender’s documents and its related contracts and correspondences. The total number of documents that will be scanned will reach around 5,000,000 documents at phase one.
Features and/or Functionalities	VisionFile is a full featured document management system that was developed using MS .NET technology. The products supports both ISIS and TWAIN scanning devices and advanced imaging functionality and annotations.
